Our Work
Chicago Outdoor Drainage would like to install all of your underground drain pipes for your Downspout, sub-surface drains, French drains and Directional drains to get the water away from your foundation. This will protect your home and landscaping from Erosion, Foundation problems, Mold, Algae and Fungus issues. Not to mention
Channel Drains
Channel drain is a great solution for these common problems. A well-designed drainage system will prevent rain and other runoff from wreaking havoc on your home.
French drains
Provide an easy channel for water to flow through. Water runs into a gravel-filled trench, then into perforated pipe at the bottom of the trench. Water travels freely through the pipe, which empties a safe distance from the house.
Drywells
Drywell is an underground structure that disposes of unwanted water, most commonly surface runoff and stormwater, and in some cases greywater. It is a covered, porous-walled chamber that allows water to slowly soak into the ground (that is, percolate), dissipating into the groundwater.
Dry Creeks
A dry creek bed is an easy solution for controlling the flow of rainwater across the yard.
